Product Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Light Feins is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. All products sold by Light Feins are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This limited warranty applies to manufacturing defects and malfunctions that may occur under normal usage conditions.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from:

a. Improper Installation: It is the customer's responsibility to carefully follow the installation instructions provided with the product. Any damage or malfunction caused by improper installation or failure to follow the installation guide will void the warranty.

b. Misuse or Abuse: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or any alterations or modifications made to the product by the customer.

c. Unauthorized Repairs: Warranty coverage will be voided if the customer or a third party not authorized by Light Feins attempts to repair the product.

d. Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues, minor scratches, or surface blemishes that do not affect the product's functionality.

Warranty Claim Process

If a customer experiences a problem covered by this warranty, they should contact Light Feins Customer Support at lightfeins@gmail.com within the Warranty Period. The customer will be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping in a warranty claim process.

Warranty Resolution

Light Feins will evaluate each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that the product suffers from a manufacturing defect or malfunction, the Company may, at its discretion:

a. Repair: The Company may repair the product at no cost to the customer.

b. Replace: The Company may replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.

5. Limits of Liability

Light Feins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

6. Amendments

Light Feins reserves the right to amend or revise this Product Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to this policy will be effective upon posting the updated version on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for any changes.

7. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing products from Light Feins, customers acknowledge and agree to this Product Warranty Policy. It is recommended that customers read and understand this policy before making a purchase.

 

No Refunds Policy

The purpose of this No Refunds Policy is to outline the terms and conditions governing refunds for products sold by ("Light Feins"). By purchasing our products, customers agree to adhere to this policy.

Refund Exclusions

Light Feins does not offer refunds on any of its products. This policy applies to all physical products offered by Light Feins.

Exceptions

While Light Feins generally does not provide refunds, there may be exceptional circumstances where the Company, at its sole discretion, will consider providing a refund. These exceptional circumstances may include but are not limited to:

a. Duplicate Orders: In cases where a customer accidentally places duplicate orders for the same product, Light Feins may refund the additional charges as a gesture of goodwill.

b. Technical Errors: If a technical issue or error on the Company's part results in the inability of the customer to access the product, Light Feins will rectify the issue, which may include providing a refund.

Customers who believe they qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed in Section "Exceptions" should contact Light Feins Customer Support at lightfeins@gmail.com within 15 days of the purchase date. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and Disputes

In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution, Light Feins reserves the right to contest such actions, providing evidence of the customer's agreement to this No Refunds Policy.
